"Kathy was the absolute best host ever! She helped me with anything during my stay & more. I stayed 6 nights & she makes you feel like at home. She is around at any time to ask questions. The place itself is really clean, facilitys work amazing & the beds are comfy! Supermarket is just opposite side of the street & a bus to town costs 150VT. Would definetely come back here!"

"Really great value for money, good option for staying near the airport (literally 3 minutes by frequent shared van / taxi for 150vt). The place is impeccably clean, everything works and reliable electricity. No wifi but I knew this would be the case anyway, not an issue. The room had basic cooking equipment too (mini stove plate, pots and pans, cutlery and plates, no microwave). Kathy is friendly and can help with local suggestions. Not much going on in the area but the local transport to the city is very frequent and takes about 5-10 mins for 150vt. I also walked to Million Dollar Point and did some great snorkelling amongst the WW2 wrecks (30 mins walk or quick bus ride). Overall it’s a great budget option for a short stay around the airport for your flight out."

"Comfortable, affordable accommodation close to the airport. Appreciated that it has some cooking facilities. Kathy B and her husband are very good, friendly hosts who strive to make sure their guests are comfortable. They recommended many good places to eat, things to see, and need to knows for our time on island. It is about 15-minute drive from Luganville town and in a small, local neighborhood."

"The staff went out of their way to look after you. Kathy was great even doing our laundry. Whilst the property is a little out of town very easy to get a bus or taxi. Locally operated and great value for money."

"This is truly a hidden gem. While most accommodations in Luganville are very pricey, Kathy’s guesthouse is affordable. besides that, the place is set in a nice garden, in a local neighborhood. Kathy is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean and has some cooking facilities. there are two shops across the street."

"Spending 3 nights at Katy B guesthouse is the perfect place to be with your big family. All rooms are equiped with electrical pot, Rice cooker, fan, fridge. Rooms very clean, the service is very good...Hot water available in all rooms. Private car Park, private farea for your group gathering. The owner pick us up on our arrival."

"Kathy and Luke (her husband) are incredible people. Very helpful and their guest house is simple but clean and have everything you need: kitchen, fan, hot water, privacy l. I pick these guesthouse because was close to the dive shop and I could walk in the morning to it."
