"Posizione a 15/20 minuti di Grab dal centro. Struttura non nuova ma ben tenuta. Pulizia di buon livello e staff gentile. Colazione molto varia ma livello "medio", abbiamo provato decisamente di meglio anche in strutture e ristoranti molto meno di livello. Pecca negativa il piumino, veramente sovradimensionato a livello di calore rispetto a quanto necessario. Inusabile anche con aria condizionata sparata a temperatura polare. Servizio di cambio soldi in reception e vicinanza comunque di ristoranti, un grande supermercato e l'aeroporto, a 10 min di Grab dall'hotel."

"The rooms we ended up in were spacious and very comfortable. Although we had a bit of a mix-up with our booking (we thought when we booked that the room was for 4 people but when we arrived it was only set up for 2) we were able to quickly and easily book a second room close by to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We had booked a room in the New wing but were upgraded to a bigger room in the Old wing, although this did mean being a bit further away (and across the road) from the pool, however there are staff on the street to assist you with crossing safely. We booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport (as well as for the pool), and the hotel provided us with complimentary pick up and drop off which was much appreciated."
