"Nos hicieron un upgrade a Villa Marina, un apartamento situado en la colina que domina Red Hook. Las vistas son soberbias; buen equipamiento, piscina “cuasi-privada”. Buena atención del dueño en el paso de la tormenta tropical Ernesto y posteriores consecuencias (leves). Recomendable"

"La contrapartida a las buenas vistas es subir arriba. Es necesario coche (lo teníamos). El único “pero” era la extraña dependencia de generadores eléctricos para tener agua corriente dentro de casa. Tras la tormenta hubo que usar generador y andar cambiando bombonas de gas (pero el duelo, Steve, se encargó de ello)"

"Location was excellent. Close to store, public transportation, Sapphire beach, Red Hook and boat to St. John. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Unit has full kitchen and plenty of room."

"Exterior is old, dated and in need of repair."

"The villa was large and right off the beach. The location was great. Sapphire beach was beautiful and it was so close to red hook for nightly activities. The villa looked exactly like the pictures."

"The bathroom for master bedroom needs the shower curtain fixed it. Also that bathroom needs the towel holder fixed. But other than that everything was great."

"Great crew! Have to mention our hostess Dalia who started us off and showed us around. She was a huge part in our satisfaction. Azzi, an intelligent young man with a great future ahead of him. He was full of local knowledge and a source of great conversations. Everyone was fantastic! Last but certainly not least was Karen the on-site manager. She smoothed over our scheduling issues and ensured our room and stay was top notch! The Fred is a cool place. I was there in March during their festival with great music. In June the Fred was much more laid back but that's why we were there. We will be back soon!"
