In particolare ha comprato per noi i biglietti del treno quando ci siamo accorti che il sito delle ferrovie non accettava carte straniere. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli sulla città di Fergana. Comunicare con lui è stato davvero facile grazie all'alto livello di inglese."

"La disponibilità del padrone. Mi ha aiutato tantissimo prenotando i taxi, se avevo bisogno potevo chiamarlo in ogni momento e se era il caso veniva subito a risolvere il problema. Mi ha anche aiutato portandomi di persona all'ufficio per acquistare il biglietto del treno. Veramente molto gentile spesso si preoccupava che andasse tutto bene. Non lasciatevi condizionare dall'esterno della struttura, perché l'interno è veramente molto bello e accogliente. Pulizia e servizi in ordine."

"The manager of the Status House is extremely friendly and kind. He picked us up, when we were in the wrong location, and was always available for questions through WhatsApp. We could wash our clothes, had a small kitchen, and a traditional outside bed to chill. Everything was very clean. The street is very quiet at night. The place is definitely worth the prize."

"We were initially in the wrong place as we only got the correct address of the place a few minutes before the arrival. So maybe ask for the correct place right after booking. Something minor: We booked a private bathroom - which we had - however it was across the hallway. So maybe ask for a bathroom in the room if this might bother you."

"There was a water shortage for a few hours, due to works in a neighbour’s appartment. It wasn’t the host responsabilty and he minimised the inconveniencies."
