"Albergo eccellente dove soggiornare se vi trovate ad Andijan. Lo staff è cortese, preparato e sempre disponibile. Sono tutti efficienti e pronti ad aiutarvi. La barriera linguistica non si avverte, a differenza dell'esterno che è un incubo. Il manager è una professionista ineccepibile. Camere curatissime con arredo moderno e belle rifiniture. I letti sono comodi. Bagni spaziosi e ben attrezzati. Bella la piscina."

"English and Russian worked. The breakfast was reasonable. Helpful staff with taxis. This accommodation was one of 2 out of 7 hotels that offered us registration slips which are now demanded (a) for subsequent hotel stays, and (b) by the Immigration upon leaving the country. This seems to be new regulations, an three Immigration officers had lenghty discussions whether to let us out of the country with the two slips we had without fining us some indefinite sum "for loosing the slips" which we objected strongly to because nobody had explained the issue to us, and most hotels ignored this (new) requirement. Hopefully hotels will assists their guests in this respect, too, by explaining the importance of these registration slips and, of course, make them ready for departing guests as a matter of course. Credits to this hotel for its attention to this detail."
