"We have stayed at Maksima hotel for 3 nights .The hotel is opened on May 2025, it was very clean, our room was big and spacious, super clean and comfortable bed. The hotel is runs by a family of mum and two sons and a daughter, they are such a lovely and kind people, they help me with going to the local hairdresser, Diyora, the owner’s daughter speaks English fluently. Distance to historic part of the Samarkand was only 10 minutes nice walk with restaurants and caffe shops in between. The Registan square was only 10 minutes walk away from hotel, Buzzar also about 15 minutes walk, we bought lots of fresh fruit and dry fruit from market, it was super cheap and fantastic quality. Generally, If I am visiting Samarkand in future, definitely would not look anywhere else for accommodations unless Maksima has no availability. Strongly recommend this hotel, thank you very much for hospitality, especially that plate of fresh fruit 🍇 🙂"
