"La gentilezza e disponibilita' del personale. La pulizia. La ubicazionee, si trova a 200 metri della Stazione di Onnibus e del Porto. A due isolati della via principale del Centro: Calle Flores. E' un albergo semplice, senza pretese, E' una vecchia casa ristrutturata dove hanno mantenuto dei "patios" dove sedersi a leggere, conversare, ecc. Non esiste piscina, solarium, l'idromassaggio...ma ha un'ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo."

"Struttura ottimale: dovevamo riposare dopo il ritorno in Uruguay dall'Argentina e oltre 24 ore di viaggio, siamo arrivati verso mezzanotte e ci hanno aspettato come promesso. Personale gentile e amabile, eccezionali. Ci hanno dato una ottima colazione al mattino e la struttura è veramente carina: con un patio ermoso e a due passi dal centro storico e a 340 metri dal terminal bus dove eravamo arrivati. Ci hanno tenuto anche i bagagli fino alle 13.30 mentre giravamo la città che merita. Tornerò a Colonia e nel caso soggiornare qui per più giorni sarà un piacere. Complimenti!"

"Peccato avere avuto solo una notte per soggiornare e dormirci. perché eravamo in viaggio di ritorno per prendere l'aereo per l'Italia a Montevideo dopodomani... Comunque straconsigliatissimo per tutto, compreso il rapporto qualità prezzo e tutto ciò che ho menzionato sopra."

"A five minute walk from the ferry terminal literally just straight up Rivera so convenient. The people working there are friendly and helpful. Accommodation comfortable with all the amenities you'd expect. Cafes and restaurants virtually on every corner. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Thank you Ana, Gabriel and everyone else there for making me feel welcome and at home 🙏"

"It was very close to the ferry and an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Colonia. The room was quite small but we didn’t spend much time in it as we were out for most of the day. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Some people have complained about the shower and hot water taking too long to come through but we did not experience that. Hot water came through quickly and it was fine. It’s a family run business and they are friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides a laundry service if needed."

It is provided from a vending machine and you choose what you would like and the empanadas/croissants with ham and cheese/bread for toast/some pastry buns are heated up for you by the breakfast staff. There is orange juice and coffee from a machine. Fresh fruit is also available. There is a yogurt pot with a small cereal bowl on top also available from the vending machine."

"The service was 5 star, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was filling and healthy. The room was impecably clean with a fridge and safe. We left our bags there after checkout while we explored the city."

"The breakfast is strange, they serve you the vending machine food and heat in a little oven. Even the fire is from a vending machine, the simply pour the plastic cup into your cup... Not very elegant. I hope it's temporary."
