"Pretty new hotel in a central location. The rooms are spacious, with two queen beds, and the décor is comfortable. Breakfast has a good assortment and the quality is good."
"The staff is rude and seem overly strict about room keys. Even when a reservation is for four people, they provide only two keys and repeatedly warn guests about an alleged $15 penalty fee that is not stated in the contract. On one occasion, we accidentally left the keys inside the room and had to wait about 15 minutes while the front desk contacted the manager via WhatsApp to ask permission to issue a third key, which was ridiculous. At checkout, we had left one of the keys in the room entrance (since it is needed to keep the electricity on), and the front desk clerk asked us to go back upstairs to retrieve it, which we declined to do. This felt unnecessary and left a very negative impression of the service."
