"Posizione centralissima, disponibilità totale e comprensivi di una complicata situazione. Voglio spendere due parole di ringraziamento verso questa struttura: dovevo raggiungere la mia ragazza ma purtroppo ho avuto problemi al confine e non sono mai arrivato. Per una serie di motivazioni, la mia ragazza e' rimasta sola senza poter pagare subito il soggiorno visto che dovevo pagare io al mio arrivo. Hanno fatto soggiornare comunque senza problemi lei aspettando che io risolvessi la situazione. Che dire? Grazie, grazie e ancora grazie. Tornerò sicuramente per ringraziarli di persona e per soggiornare finalmente qui. La mia ragazza è stata benissimo e non ha mai ricevuto pressioni per il pagamento nonostante fatto all'ultimo giorno di pernottamento."

"Hotel 39 is a small hotel on the top floor of the buildings surrounding the Rynok in the very centre of Lviv. from the stairwell to the rooms, the hotel is immaculate, the beautiful dark wood decor everywhere. I was there through halloween and the hotel decorated for the festival. The room was in the attic of the buidling and was very clean and well kept. I was given plenty of bathroom accessories and water for my convenience on entry and refilled during the 5 day stay."
"There was maybe one time when I wanted to ask a question of the reception staff and they were not there. There must be a schedule for staff as the hotel is very small and very private. The desk is not 24 hour."
