"很溫馨的民宿，床、棉被及枕頭都很好睡，房間𥚃有冰箱、除濕機（乾淨、寬敞且舒適）。早餐很好吃，份量剛好，咖啡、紅茶和豆漿都無限暢飲，老闆親切好聊。 在東華大學旁邊，離東大門10幾分鐘車程，附近較不熱鬧，步行有7-11。 已經放到最愛名單，到花蓮住宿首選。"

"Total nette Vermieter, die uns auch zu später Stunde weitergeholfen haben und sogar noch ein Zimmerupgrade gegeben haben, da wir zwei EInzelbetten wollten Die Betten waren bequem, wenn auch etwas altmodisch, die Lage war sehr ruhig. Morgens gab es ein hervorragendes Frühstück."

"家具較為老舊，但乾淨整潔，有不錯的家常式的早餐，老闆也很親切。床墊很軟很舒適，這間房間的衛浴雖然在外面的走廊，但是是獨立專用的，也很乾淨，水很熱也蠻大的。"

"Room. bathroom and the rest of the property were clean. Proprietor was very kind and helpful; I had a problem with the laundry machine, and he helped resolve it. Laundry is convenient and affordable. Great breakfast. Strong wifi. If you ask, you can leave your luggage after check-out and come back to pick it up later that day. Location is in a quiet residential alley off of a larger road, which is convenient. There is a (free) water machine with both hot and cold water in the public sitting area outside the office. Has a good amount of free, on-property parking. Great location for road tripping along the coast."

"The laundry machine (washer) I used was not working properly, but the proprietor took care of the issue, and there are several machines, so it is unlikely that others will experience this issue."

"老闆人很親切，環境很清幽，房價附早餐，早餐稀飯配菜與烤吐司，民宿外就有711很方便！房間是電熱水夏天很快熱，水量適中！三人房間、廁所有對外窗！老闆驅蚊還是驅蟲有用香茅！味道很濃！"
