"Perfect location for the train station and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The hotel offers free coffee, water and snacks in reception and has an onsite paid (very cheap) laundry. The rooms are comfortable and although small, seem spacious due to clever design features."

"The room felt like a psycho man's bachelor pad/luxury prison.everything is grey and black and white. Everything was 'cold'in this hotel, including the people working here. Not a warm stay at all."

"Location was easily accessible from the train station. However, Google map was not accurate and pointed me to a different direction 13 mins walk away(?) when it was only a 2 mins walk away. Luckily I simply looked up and saw the building right opposite the station and went there to check if it was the right hotel. The bedding and design layout of the hotel was nice. The entire hotel had an industrial rustic feel which was a nice touch with toiletries, water, a mini fridge and a working tv with YouTube provided."

"Check-in was via the online QR code. I had to redo it a few times as it did not load well on my phone. There is no key card but only by digital pin. When checking in, I heard other customers complaining about the security of the hotel as they had someone show up outside their door at night(?). That did not put me at ease and I felt concerned throughout my stay as a female solo traveller. I could hear my door lock reloading every few minutes with the digital beeping sounds all throughout my time in the room. I assume it is just simply the automated system resetting itself (?). Besides all that, I am lucky I had no other security issues on my 2 nights. There is an additional internal security latch inside the door, which made me feel slightly safer as the door should not be able to open all the way from the outside with the latch. I don’t think there is anyone present at the hotel/ front desk 24/7 too if anything happens. I saw there is a sign stating the desk is unmanned from the hours of 2300-0700 in the morning. Additionally, there is no soundproof walls at all and every single noise made by the neighbors upstairs, downstairs, next door or outside the corridor/ street can be heard loud and clear. The dragging of the chairs all through day and night. If you are after a sound sleep, I’d suggest elsewhere. There are earplugs provided which helped abit but does not completely block out the noise."

"The breakfast was really good and balanced. We liked that we had a Taiwanese breakfast but something that is not too heavy. The staff was kind and hardworking. Also the hotel is located very nice besides the station which makes it easy to travel around the city."

"The online check-in process is really a hassle for foreign tourist. The set-up of the room doesnt make any sense: the toilet is separate from the shower, and the sink is in the besroom and not in front of a mirror. The pillows were really hard. The ceiling is really low and uncomfortable if your tall (2 meters). Also we missed a little lamp beside the bed, there were only big ones."
