"L'accueil de la personne à la réception, sa gentillesse, toujours prête à rendre service (nous a conduites aux sources chaudes et le dernier jour à la gare). Machine à laver le linge très pratique, eau chaude à disposition pour le petit déjeuner. Chambre très grande, salle de bain avec douche séparée par une vitre qui évite de tout mouiller."

"1.一樓大廳共用冰箱、飲水機、沖泡包都可使用 2.有wifi 3.一樓雙車庫 現場依照房客車輛空間安排 4.知本的巷弄內非常安靜而且附近獨棟全都是一樣設計的民宿 5.有室內拖鞋 6.小姐姐管家待人親切而且還有店狗貴賓犬很親人，有任何問題都能立刻反應立即解決 7.有私人陽台 8.電視Mod固定幾個頻道 熱門影視沒開放可惜了一點 9.房間內空間大 有掛衣架 小餐桌×2 沙發躺椅 小椅子×2 10.當下發現冷氣遙控沒電&房間內電燈壞掉，晚上就有人員幫忙更換很讚 11.浴室蓮蓬頭水柱很強，熱水也非常充足 12.盥洗用具很足夠一人一條浴巾 ，雖沒有毛巾可惜了一點，牙刷&透明塑膠杯&刮鬍刀都有 13.一樓有管家房&交誼廳，有問題可以快速解決很貼心"
"1.乾溼分離的浴室設計沒有門，導致雖然有分開兩個區域，但浴室的水會噴濺到廁所的位子（可加裝浴簾阻隔兩個空間） 2.浴室排水不良&浴室的排水管有水錘效應 3.房間的水晶吊燈燈光昏黃很有氣氛，但光線有點不足 4.浴室可加裝排氣扇將廁所&浴室的濕氣&氣體快速排至戶外，減少浴室發霉&異味殘留 5.房內插座稍微不足 6.廁所吹風機可更換成一般民間使用的吹風機，房內所配置的是古早飯店內建式的按壓吹風機，非常小巧卻容易過熱 7.馬桶的款式需要一直按壓才能沖乾淨，無法按一下就離開的那種"

"Honestly so impressed with the service and attentiveness at this IHG property near Taoyuan Airport. I had an early morning flight to catch, so staying close to the airport made the most sense. From the moment I got down to the lobby, everything was handled seamlessly - they offered complimentary transport, but had already gone the extra mile and arranged a taxi waiting for me to take me directly to the airport. That level of thoughtfulness and efficiency made all the difference. Would definitely recommend, especially for anyone with an early flight."
