"Couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough. From the get go the staff were amazing, they really made us feel welcome and were there whenever we needed them to help with anything we needed. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. It was super easy to get a taxi to the airport (20-30 min drive). Best place we stayed in Taiwan! Shout out to Joy too, he’s an incredible member of staff who went above and beyond for us!"

"早餐給附近連鎖早餐店的一百五抵用券，到下午再去吃也可以，不用一早起來真的很適合睡到飽。房間打掃乾淨，電視超大而且也有Netflix可以看。重點是服務人員超熱心不像很多旅店都是像孵衍了事或沒什麼熱情，整體來說值得推!"
"雖然廁所跟淋浴間都有門擋，但是泡澡大浴缸雖然乾淨跟舒服，但是開放式的離床太近，覺得不太習慣且也怕弄濕外面。"

"從晚上櫃檯先生的服務態度就令人驚艷的服務態度，進房後整個房間，新到我以為是新開的一樣，乾淨又富有設計感，電視很滿意的大，還有很棒的餐桌用餐環境，床也很舒服。 進來大概10分鐘櫃檯打電話來確認設備使用是否有疑慮，以及提醒浴缸上方的抽風機，晚上如果覺得吵可以在哪裡找到開關可以關閉，十分貼心"

"113號房的淋浴間滑軌有點卡+滑動聲音很大聲XD 也剛好房間位置在櫃檯對面，所以場地播放的音樂會比較大聲，如果容易被吵醒的人可以跟旅館說說看，能不能幫忙安排其他房間 但以上都不會影響再次入住的意願"
"入住前跟店家聯繫相關入住事宜，非常親切，對於入住時間給予適當調整。 入住時為我們貼心準備可愛的女性拖鞋，房間乾淨整潔。 地理位置優越，離桃園火車站算近，且位於桃園中平路商圈附近，居住地點寧靜，走出去即可到中平黃昏市場、附近也很多熱炒店口味很好、還有好吃的豆花、天下奇雞炸雞店，很多便利商店、巷口有大型麥味登、大心藥局、康是美，是桃園市區蠻值得推薦的住宿點。"
