"Camera molto grande spaziosa e ben attrezzata, letto molto comodo, sistema di aria condizionata e deumidificatore funzionanti ma decisamente rumorosi. Bella postazione scrivania per lavoro da PC, bagno di dimensioni adeguate. Colazione di buona qualitá, anche se poco variata. Il ristorante al piano terra, KAYAK, é di buona qualità, anche se decisamente caro. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione, a 25km dall'aeroporto e vicino a vari ristoranti e fastfood, nonché a pochi passi da due parchi meravigliosi."

Alla sig.ra Laloya per la sua disponibilità e a tutto il personale del check-in e chek-out del 9 e 10 aprile. Ci è piaciuto mangiare nei ristoranti dell'albergo.La colazione è completa e soddisfacente. Il personale dei Ristoranti sono gentili e preparati nel loro lavoro. OttimoTutto!!!"

"We used to live in Trinidad so know The Kapok quite well. It didn't disappoint - a wonderful breakfast up in the top floor restaurant with great views. The pool area has been improved and is lovely. The rooms are a little dated, but this almost adds to the charm. Towels and toiletries provided and replaced daily. Room very clean. Good sized bed, but a little bit squeaky."

"The bar outside near the pool area was closed - probably as it was quite quiet at the time. Will be a great feature in the summer ..."

"We loved the Kapok , very comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and we enjoyed the pool. Loved the location near the centre but quieter, enjoyed eating there and the nearby walk in botanical gardens. Great breakfast too with city views."
