Managed to get into our rooms earlier which was a massive bonus for us and also on our last day they kept our luggage after check out so we could use the pool etc until it was time for us to leave. "I really liked the amazing nature here and how this resort use the beach in a horizontal way to ease the access to the wonderful beach. During our stay, Friday night show “Mongolian Acrobats” was exceptional🤩 We also enjoyed the Karoeke night on Saturday. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful with any requests or questions."

"Had an amazing stay. Food selection was great, cakes looks pretty but didn’t taste that great but that wasn’t a showstopper! Hotel was kept clean at all times, staff were amazing. Entertainment was in Russian, we didn’t understand anything but non the less we enjoyed it."

"It was a great experience for us! We enjoyed every day of our stay. The staff were great and the hotel facilities were very good. The service for the price was excellent. There was a variety of food to choose from. I would definitely go again!"

"The location was far. The closest airport is Dalaman airport which was a 2.5 hour journey from the hotel which was very inconvenient."

"We loved the resort atmosphere. The location was amazing. Some staff were exceptional, like Uygar in the animation team, and Devrim at the Kalispera Bar was fantastic. We had a great time as a family and would definitely return."

"The wi-fi is pretty bad. The fixtures and fittings are a bit worn and aged. However, the amenities are very clean, so you don't see the aged look of the resort."

"The hotel is 99.9% full of Russians. Enterteiner speaks Russian, the evening program is in Russian language, songs in late night disco is Russian songs. And they are not friendly . Think twice before booking the hotel."
