"Mini alloggio comodo con soggiorno, ampia camera da letto, aria condizionata, wifi, frigo, microonde, bollitore e stoviglie. Host reattivo ha risposto a tutte le mie domande sulla città e i trasporti."
"Si accede all'alloggio attraverso una scala a chiocciola il che potrebbe creare problema a qualcuno. Sarebbe opportuno mettere un secondo interruttore luce in cima alla scala, in modo che la luce non resti accesa tutta la notte."
"Bilocale accogliente situato al secondo piano di un'abitazione privata con ingresso separato dal resto della casa. Ingresso con cucina essenziale dotata di forno a microonde, bollitore e il necessario per tè e caffè. Bagno grande, molto pulito, dotato di asciugamani per gli ospiti e con acqua calda perfettamente funzionante. Camera grande con due letti singoli, lenzuola, piumini caldi e copripiumini. L'host parla inglese ed è stato molto gentile, dando per telefono le indicazioni al driver affinché raggiungesse la casa e aspettandoci per strada per aiutarci con gli zaini. La posizione è un po' distante dal centro, ma i minibus fermano proprio sotto casa e in un attimo è possibile raggiungere il bazar, etc. In zona ci sono comunque molti ristoranti tipici di buon livello. Siamo stati benissimo! Super consigliato!"

"I did not expect much from this stay but I can say the place is great! It was very clean and everything was well maintained! No paint coming of the walls or chipped furniture. Very comfortable with a good AC, hot shower, fridge, good wi-fi and microwave. Lovely owner that did our laundry and left us water and fruits to enjoy!"

Khujand exceeded our expectations in all directions, but this cozy appartment was an essential part of it - it pretty much embodies the aura of a charming post-Soviet city awaiting the Godot of new post-Soviet and post-war opportunities. Paradoxically, Khujand felt more authentically urban than cities like Dushanbe, Samarkand, or Bukhara - so does this appartment - in a positive but (seemingly) paradoxical way."

"The apartment is great and the host was very helpful in giving us recommendations for food and also doing our laundry. It is a bit outside the city centre but there’s a bus station in front of the apartment which brings you quickly in the panjshanbe area."

"Before visiting Asham I thought I had problems with sleeping, but in this place you REALLY have a good rest. Gusar village is 25 min far from Penjikent by car (you can catch the one near the M.Bashoro mosque in Penjikent), the guesthouse is situated in the Asham store building. There is a local market, grocery stores and marshrutka stop near. My dormitory was very big and clean, bed was extra-comfortable, window view was the best ever (mountains). The shower is inside the dormitory, it s very convinient! Hot water 24/7, towels and slippers, kettle and cups are provided. Room was much better than photos on booking, so if you are looking for the comfort and calmness Asham is what you need. But be informed that on Saturdays and Sundays a noisy tajik weddings can be held in the building. Anyway it is a good opportunity to see tajik wedding)) It`s ok if you make photos and dance with guests)) Staff was so kind and hospitable, if you have any problem or question, just ask)"
