"This is without doubt the best value for money hotel in Pattaya. I have stayed here numerous times and have never been let down. NOK and her colleagues go out of their way to make sure your stay is spot on. The rooms are an excellent size, big beds, comfortable lounge, kitchenette and good bathrooms. Nice swimming pool,and an excellent buffet breakfast for just 160bht. There are amenities on site; laundry, spa, hairdressers and a 24 hour convenience shop. Close to the big C for shopping and plenty of places to eat and drink. Close to central Pattaya for those looking for a livelier night! Another bonus is the Close proximity to the motorway (5 minutes) for when it's time to go back to the airport. Please give the Grass a try, you won't regret it."
