10 The Enclave

"Eliza welcomed us punctually and showed us around the house. The house is located in a complex right next to the golf club. In the immediate vicinity – all within walking distance – you'll find the beach (which, incidentally, has great seashells), restaurants, shops, car rental, etc. The house is exceptionally well-equipped, and the kitchen is incredibly complete. There are plenty of towels, beach towels, folding chairs, and umbrellas for the beach. All in all, it was the perfect stay for us. We highly recommend the house and the host."

"This home was perfect. Better than the images. The location was only 10 minutes away from everything we wanted to do and was so clean and gorgeous. Foluso was so lovely, she communicated everything and made our stay so effortless."

"The townhome was clean, bright, and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook (pots, pans, utensils). There were a few basic supplies like salt and pepper, tea and coffee. There was a washer and drier, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. It was a calm location. A short drive across the street to Grace bay beach, at the beach access next to Opus restaurant (which we also liked). We did use the common pool a couple times but honestly went to the beach across the street every day. There are beach chairs and towels and a couple umbrellas. No snorkels or other fun beach toys- so bring your own. I would most definitely stay there again. Eliza had a wonderful drink for us at check in. She was responsive to any inquiries via WhatsApp. Lovely place. Highly recommend."

"Nothing not to like! However, a FYI-The property is just on the outskirts so I would definitely recommend renting a car."

"The apartment in gated community is very clean and well equipped, a big plus is the water cooler dispenser and shampoo, conditioner and hand cream in each bathroom. It is spacious and the location is a short distance from the sea, 2-3 minutes by car. The shopping district is also close. Mrs. Eliza, who waited for us until the evening due to a delayed flight, is very pleasant."

"The only thing we could ask to be different is different beach chairs. We are older and have bad backs. A higher taller backed beach chair would be appreciated. We spent most of out time at the beach."

"Location! Excellent location to explore the island. The place was very clean, quiet and organized. The check in and out process was easy. Parking was next to the condo. The pool and beach were easily accessible. Beach items were provided, included nice beach towels. The filtered water system was a huge plus. The host was very communicable!"
