"I booked the room for one of our employees. He does not have a CC and is not very used to hotel booking etc. The staff was great and we could arrange everything in advance. They also have very early breakfast which is not so common."

"I did not like that upon check-out, we were not allowed to leave the premises by the front desk until another employee visually inspected the room. I had NEVER experienced this in any of the 3-5 star hotels I have ever stayed in. It felt rude, offensive, and a bit awkward. I don’t believe this is on the employees, but the hotel policies and process. Employee was just following their employer’s protocol. It’s a tacky procedural requirement to make your guest sit in the lobby to inspect the room you just stayed in."

"Great location, in Zona Rosa. Very walkable, close to restaurants and free parking. The beds were very comfortable, clean, great air conditioning and the staff spoke good English. They would get us any extra thing we asked for such as an iron, extra coffee cups and more water."
