"La gentilezza e disponibilità della titolare, che mi ha anche personalmente aiutato a risolvere le difficoltà incontrate nel raggiungere la zona dell'appartamento a causa di modifiche temporanee della viabilità. Inoltre mi ha messo a disposizione, di sua iniziativa, anche asse e ferro da stiro. L'appartamento è vicino alla passeggiata che costeggia il fiume e ai locali che vi si affacciano, ma è comunque molto tranquillo, nonostante sia al piano terra con le finestre che si aprono sulla strada, che è pedonale. Per la sua collocazione e caratteristiche dà proprio la sensazione di vivere a pieno l'atmosfera di Ljubljana. Ho apprezzato la consegna di persona delle chiavi e la presentazione dell'appartamento da parte della proprietaria."

"Essendo al piano terra di una casa antica, l'appartamento risulta un po' umido, ma è dotato di un deumidificatore collocato in bagno. Se si arriva in macchina, è piuttosto problematico parcheggiare nelle vicinanze a causa di zone riservate ai residenti, parchimetri con limitazioni di orario per l'emissione del ticket, difficoltà nel trovare indicazioni chiare: si può ripiegare sui parcheggi coperti a pagamento in centro, con prezzi variabili (alcuni molto cari, altri più convenienti, come quello, annesso a un supermercato e aperto h24, in Slovenska cesta, ad alcuni isolati dall'appartamento)."

"L'appartamento è carinissimo, dotato di tutti i confort e la posizione è perfetta!!A due passi dalla zona pedonale, nonché il centro di Lubljiana con tutti i locali e servizi che si possono avere. Essendo in zona pedonale anche l'appartamento, a pochi metri si trova un ottimo parcheggio pubblico a pagamento (giornaliero sui 16/18€) sicuro e comodo per il carico/scarico valigie e lasciare la macchina senza preoccupazioni."

"Andrebbe fatto un piccolo manualetto relativo ai pulsanti che comandano wifi, boiler ecc perché sono come normali interruttori e, se spenti per sbaglio, si disattiva acqua calda e internet. Per il resto tutto eccellente!!"

"I will long treasure this beautiful stay. The apartment is a wonderful studio, located in central Ljubljana and endowed with all the facilities, facing a beautiful riverfront location. Bogdana is a splendid host, extremely welcoming and available. Big thanks, very highly recommended!"

"The best part of Studio Ian was its location. It was literally 15 steps to the river that runs through Ljubljana city centre. There are lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and attractions the moment you step into the street. The studio itself was very spacious, quaint and quirky. It's clearly an older building/structure and the original arches and walls have been retained to add to the old-world charm. I travelled during early October so the temperature was perfect inside the room. There is no AC but I did not miss it at all. The bathroom is very nice too and the compact space has been optimised. The kitchenette is basic and does not have too much counter space but I found it adequate as I didn't do any cooking. There's a nice table near the kitchenette that provides more space to keep things. The apt had a cozy, lived-in feeling with the kind of decor and personal touches you would find in your home. The host was nice enough to allow me a late check-out."

"Lack of privacy in terms of drapes for the windows. While there are curtains for the two windows that open directly to the street, the arches of the ceiling don't allow for them to cover the windows completely. I devised a make-shift arrangement to cover the windows as much as possible. It would be great if the manager looks into this aspect - a small detail that will go a long way!"

"This apartment is on a ground floor with 2 big opening windows but does lack natural light due to the tall buildings opposite and narrow street. Not really an issue if you’re planning to be out most of the day though!"
