"Niente"

"Vicinissima alla Orchard, comodissima per tutti gli spostamenti"

"Niente, tutto molto bello"

"Camera ampia, posizione vicina a Orchard road ottima colazione"

"aspetto non recentissimo, ma elegante"

"our room was larger than we had expected, the hotel is very clean, the staff were lovely and very helpful."

"the air conditioner in the room was loud so couldn't have it on when trying to sleep"

"While the facilities themselves were excellent, what truly moved us was the hospitality of all the staff members. It was evident that everyone goes above and beyond to cater to each guest's needs, providing service that goes beyond expectation. ・Thoughtful Consideration for Guests with a Baby We kindly inquired about borrowing a microwave to warm our baby's food. To our surprise and delight, they provided a microwave directly to our room, which was incredibly helpful. We know that microwaves are often not available in hotel rooms, so this gesture was truly wonderful. Thanks to this thoughtful service, our baby could eat comfortably and safely, which greatly eased our minds as parents. ・Support in Recovering My Lost Smartphone Despite my own carelessness in losing my smartphone, the team was incredibly supportive and proactive in assisting me, allowing me to successfully recover it. I am deeply grateful for their swift and warm assistance."

"We had a really good stay at this hotel. The front office staff were very helpful, especially the Chinese staff member who was very kind and supportive. The breakfast was also good, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!"

"My son lost his wallet in a taxi. We didn’t even make a complaint, but the next taxi driver kindly delivered the wallet to the hotel. Special thanks to that honest Singapore gentleman,we truly appreciate his kindness."

"Good location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. I especially appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned promptly every day."

"A side table next to each bed in a twin room."

"Very nice friendly and helpful staff. Room was excellent size. Breakfast was amazing. we had an emergency and couldn't check out on time but the manager instantly extended our stay till later in the day and said we could use the pool and shower facilities no problem - very kind. Then came to personally check all was ok."

"The room was poorly insulated for sound, I could hear next door peeing in the night - clearly. Breakfast for so many people was a bit chaotic and they needed more coffee machines but the food was incredible. I have to add that it was Chinese New Year so they were exceptionally busy."

"Close to Orchard road Staff were so helpful and friendly."
