"Room was quiet, even though the hotel is located in the town centre’s pedestrian area. Room was spotlessly clean, decor is old but in perfect condition. Bed was comfortable and low enough that my small dog was able to jump on and off the bed on his own. Weather was boiling hot, yet the temperature in the room was surprisingly low considering there is no air con. Breakfast was served in another hotel nearby on the other side of the block, and it was very good and tasty. This place is excellent value for money!"

"Central location in town for cafes, restaurants, etc. not noisy as the hotel entrance was in a pedestrian area with no cars driving through or even parking."

"The checking in and out was in a 4 star hotel around the corner. Breakfast was served there too. So a hike daily and inconvenience of the reception being so far away from the BnB. The room was basic and the single bed was uncomfortable with a floppy mattress topper. The floor under the bed was unclean. The bathroom really needs updating and walls need to be repainted or tiled. Made it look scruffy but it was clean. The windows were locking and difficult to open n close. My 18 granddaughter was given room 112 where the windows could not be open as it was a conference area. The temp in Pitea was 22 to 28 daily.. phew 😌"
