Abbiamo chiesto alla signora della reception se avessimo il servizio di mezza pensione e lei ci ha detto di chiedere al ristorante, cioè un atteggiamento inaccettabile in quanto un receptionist dovrebbe guardare le tua prenotazione ed essere in grado di dirti se hai la mezza pensione inclusa oppure no."
