"The decoration is nice. The room was small but it is a former prison so it was expected. There is everything you need in the shared showers (towels, soaps,...). There is a large selection for breakfast and it is very good. It's nice to have access to a shared fully equipped kitchen. It's close to the center and to the river."
"Each shower have a curtain and no hook... So when you have a shower, it's difficult to have some privacy when you get dressed. You have to get out of your shower and go in the large room hoping that nobody will open the main female shower door. However, to avoid this it's possible to lock the main door. But it means that nobody else can have a shower at the same time."

"The hotel is very authentic with the old cell doors and some exhibitions related to the buildings history. All the rooms were very clean and you had everything you needed. The breakfast had quite many good options and was very good. Location was good: quite close to the centre and also close to the river."

"A bit awkward going into the shared toilet as I need to use the toilet a lot, so that means dressing up every time I need to go at night. But it's a historic place, so I guess it's expected that it may not be easy to retrofit."
"Nothing negative to say about this place. The location was perfect with walking distance to the center. The building itself is charming and beautifully renovated. The rooms were spotless the beds comfortable, I was on an extra bed and even that was comfy. The linens are fresh and there are plenty of towels and bathrobes to use. Breakfast was simple and plentiful and the staff were charming. Unbelievably good value for money."
