"The best hotel in Saudi Arabia in terms of value for money. I’ve stayed in different cities for two months, but this hotel truly stands out. They genuinely care about their guests and treat you with real hospitality. Everything is professional, the breakfast is excellent, and the hotel is brand new. I highly recommend it if you’re in Khobar. They also have a network of hotels across the country. For me, this was the best option. Special thanks to Mr. Issam and Mr. Said for your support, kindness, and responsiveness. Bravo!"

"It would be much better if the breakfast items selection will be improved as much as possible as breakfast items variety do not seem sufficient enough. If they can improve provision of hot breakfast items (such as scrambled eggs, beef bacon, fried red beans, hush brown, fruits, choice of fresh or natural juices, yogurts, fresh bakery and fruit jams - it would be much appreciated. Also, the main thing is: there is no coffee machine, the hotel only has one jar of instant Nescafe coffee and there isn't even always hot milk in place which is absolutely incomparable with the image and scale of the hotel facility itself. I would like to take this note into immediate account by the hotel administration. In other words, the provision of a quite poor breakfast does not correspond in any way with the large-scale environment and conditions of the hotel itself, I would say they are quite contradictory to each other and I do hope this issue is can be easily solved in the nearest future."

"Easy checkin process. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. The room was cleaned properly and was all set before. Parking was available underground. Breakfast was good."

"Everything in the hotel is great. The bed is comfortable and the room is very spacious and the bathroom is also good. The hotel offers breakfast with the stay, which is the best thing about the stay. A varied breakfast of high quality from Chef Sayed. My sincere thanks to him and Mr. Salim at the reception and the Saudi brother. They did not delay in any of our requests. A visit that will definitely be repeated again."

"Stayed 18 nights in Superior room. The hotel was run by Radisson Blue till last year. The rooms are well furnished and clean, however, furniture is old and as I understand is being upgraded by the new owner. Internet connection was adequate, and the hotel has it's own underground parking area. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Some services are still not available like in room dining .and laundry but those services could be arranged externally. Very convenient location at very reasonable price.. Fully hope that the new management will bring it back to old days status."
