"This one bedroom apartment was super clean, nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed offering a peaceful night's sleep. The staff was superb: friendly, helpful and always available should any need arise. The restaurant delivered a top-notch meal in a pleasant outdoor setting with a wonderful view of the city and beyond.The airport shuttle arranged through The Maya worked well and the driver was courteous and navigated the heavy traffic with experienced finesse. Definitely would return in the future and highly recommend the Maya."

"The place is exceptionally clean and just beautiful, from the garden to the building itself. The room is super spacious, basically a one bedroom flat with kitchen, lounge, etc. Everything smelled nice and you even receive a gown and slippers to use, along with water bottles daily and choccies. Staff here and in Kigali more generally are so friendly and helpful. The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate us with transport into town and also by keeping our bags after check out. We could even freshen up in a room before our flight."

"My room was cleaned just as I headed out for breakfast, which was a bit quick for me as I was still going back. Quickly remedied by just asking them to come later, though."

"The building and apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything. Your Suitcase is literally all you need. Most importantly they didn’t stress one on arrival to pay for the booking, their only focus was to get you checked in and settled as quickly as possible. Proximity to everything was also great."

"A building of that quality and price point didn’t not have a gym and swimming pool. That was very surprising."

"I loved everything about this property, location, staff, cleanliness, value for money, aesthetics, the food. I absolutely recommend if you're going to be in Kigali. You can also buy your own grocery and cook or do your laundry in the apartments, so I went home with clean clothes which I was happy about😊"

"This was such a perfect spot for our first night in Kigali. The building is gorgeous and our lovely two-bedroom apartment was beautifully furnished and super comfortable. We got a 5-star welcome from the staff, which was so appreciated after a long flight and late arrival. We were very grateful for the lovely complimentary fruit basket, delicious orange juice, tea and coffee, and multiple bottles of water in every room. We were only there for a very short visit but this place would be really comfortable for a long term stay."
