"Incredible and peaceful hotel. Yes the road is a bit difficult but take it slow and it's not that bad. Once there you will be treated to great food, excellent staff and a little slice of peace in Rwanda. It is expensive for Rwanda, but you do get what you pay for and in this case it is a large room in a beautiful setting and exceptional service. Great birdwatching, swimming and seeing Lake Kivu at its finest"

"I had an amazing stay at Maison de Omashi, the staff were super cooperative, and the location was awesome. I enjoyed my best time here, and the rooms were lovely and clean. "David was a good host! He helped me clean my car when we arrived and was very responsive on WhatsApp text or calls. Great location near the venue for the event we were attending as well as close to the main road; supermarkets are not far off. Good quiet neighborhood: spacious house, with large self-contained rooms which was perfect for our family of six. The kitchen was also large and was well stocked with cooking and serving equipment. Theres hot water in all baths as well as the kitchen which is helpful when washing. They give a 20L jerrican of Jibu drinking water which saved us some cash. Thank you!"
