"The hotel is perfectly located close to the airport, with a supermarket on the ground floor. (I didn't go to explore the supermarket because I left early but it did seem very convenient.) The staff were very polite and helpful, and they checked me in and made sure I was comfortable, even though I arrived pretty late. I highly recommend this hotel! Also, there is a chinese restaurant on site and the food was absolutely delicious."

"La chose que je n'ai pas aimé est que il ny a pas de zone non fumeur. Les gens fumais dans l'ascenseur a la réception. Il faut que l'hôtel fasse un effort par rapport au fumeur qu'il y ai de l'ordre."

"We had such a lovely time at Nena House with Francoise as a welcoming hostess for our travel group of 4 adults and 6 kids (9-16). Being in touch with Francoise while planning the trip was very pleasant and professional. It was very nice she checked out dinner plans on the day we arrived before hand. The traditional houses are a delight, clean and with mosquito nets. The facilities are basic, and fine. The neighbor bar is nice for some festive vibes and a drink. The food is delicious. Eating breakfast in the garden with the beautiful view on the Rwandan hills is like paradise. Francoise is very kind in informing about local walks and in our case we where lucky enough to be there while there was a yearly harvest festival. She offered to go with us. We will never forget the experience of seeing the ceremony and traditional dancing and meeting some people in the village. If you plan a visit or are traveling through Ruhashia (near Kings Palace) we can highly recommend Nenas house!"

"Monica and Nobert are amazing hosts. They are always there to help you. They know a lot about the area and the country so their advices are always welcomed. They are really nice to talk to and share a meal with. They have 2 nice kids. Like Monica told me, « they are a home, not an hotel » and it’s way better that way! :) The room was clean and confortable. The included breakfast was really delicious and huge and it changed every day. They offer to cook for you if you want to eat dinner with them which is really great. They offer a twin lakes tour which was amazing with a lot of informations."
