"I can say only the positive things about my stay. The location is perfect, in the city center. Walking distance to all major places. Cafes, restaurants just round the corner. The apartment was great, very big, very clean. There are two balconies. One had special lamps which gave the nice atmoshere. It had everything you need during your stay /all the equipment, hygienic stuff in bathroom, kitchen applainces, tea, coffee etc/. We got even fruit upon arrival. The owner, Ivan, very nice, recommended us local places to eat, was caring if all is okay. I highly recommend this place and if I'm next time in Belgrade, I will definitely want to stay there again 🙂"

"The location is great, near to Knez Mihajlova, near to Terazije. There is a private parking, what was very important to us. Ivan is very kind and he lives in the same building, we could call him if we needed something."

"The apartment is spacious and very well-kept, overall also pretty recent inside. The host was honestly super, I probably never met such a nice host in my life. He was available to give us the keys at whatever time we liked, gave us some fruit as a welcome, along with wine and other food. He helped us with information about the city, brought us what we needed and also allowed us for a very flexible check-out."

"Milijana is a wonderful hostess and made us feel truly welcomed. Our stay was short and bittersweet since the reason behind it was the 1-year commemoration for the victims of Novi Sad train station tragedy. Milijana went above and beyond to make our stay carefree as possible."

"We had an amazing experience! The place has a fantastic atmosphere and a very family-friendly vibe. It's a family-owned business, and the owners are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and speak English fluently. They are also very flexible and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade products that you can tell are made with love. You can really feel that the whole place is run with passion, not just for profit. We highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Pool, remoteness, local village and farmers tending the land in a traditional way. The apartment was modern. The drive in was an experience, around 8km on gravel road."
"Communication was straightforward. Place was clean and position is right in the city center. You are 5min walk to cafes and family activities. There are basic toiletries provided and wifi was good."
