"The hotel and surroundings are beautiful. Everything's done with such great attention to detail and the owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool area is stunning with a great ocean view and there is plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the view, even on a rainy day. We loved it and would definitely come back to this unique and wonderful place. The nespresso coffee was not included in the original offering but was kindly offered by the owners to us."

"Pocinhobay ligt op een schitterende locatie aan de zee met een strand voor het hotel. Aan de overkant van het water zie je Horta. Je bent hier temidden van de oude lava wijngaarden. Op dit landgoed maakt de eigenaar zelf ook heerlijke wijn. De hotelkamers zijn losse ruime huisjes en waanzinnig mooi ingericht. De ontbijtruimte is sfeervol en het ontbijt is geweldig. Er is een lekker zwembad en een heerlijk terras waar je in luxe stoelen van de ondergaande zon kunt genieten. De eigenaren van het hotel zijn heel erg behulpzaam en bieden je een persoonlijke begeleiding."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"

"L'host è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accolto anche se era già tardi e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa vedere in città / dove mangiare. L'appartamento è un po' defilato dal centro città (circa 10 min a piedi), dall'altra parte si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa."
