"Alcuni difetti da mancanza di manutenzione sono palesi e non adatti ad un 5 stelle: infiltrazioni di umidità dalla vasca da bagno in camera, porta del bagno gonfia in basso sempre per acqua, tavoletta di uno dei due bagni non fissata, Idromassaggio della vasca non funzionante, tubo del doccino del lavandino della cucina incrostato. E' critica eccessiva, forse si, ma per 250€ a notte si diventa precisini."

"È un Resort di lusso. La villa era dotata di ogni comfort, ed era in una zona silenziosa e riposante. Potevamo rilassarci nella piscina davanti alla villa, oppure trovare più movimento nelle piscine centrali. Molto adatto a famiglie con bambini, grazie ai tanti spazi gioco."

"Il servizio poco affidabile. Dopo due giorni si è rotta la lavastoviglie: abbiamo segnalato due volte il problema ma non sono venuti a ripararla. La biancheria da bagno è stata ritirata senza essere sostituita."

"Beautiful grounds, efficient and professional staff, very clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and kitchen that was well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Parking available near our room. We had breakfast at the resort once and it was very good. Quiet, residential area and a nice but longer hike to town. You need a car here but will use it for your adventures around the Algarve! Indoor heated pool was one of the main reasons we booked here for our March visit as outdoor pools are open but too cold for most."

"We tried to have breakfasts and lunches in our rooms to lower costs and so would have appreciated hand towels for the kitchen and dish washing soap (we bought some). Also bring your own hair conditioner. When we visited, it was cool and rained quite a bit and there is not much to do at the resort so keep in mind you'll need to be out and about. The hot tub was disappointing, small and not very hot with weak jets. Turkish bath was closed during our visit. Basically winter seems to be a time for repairs and upgrades in Portugal, keep this in mind and be ready to spend your days off the resort. With so much to do in the Algarve, it shouldn't be a barrier!"
