"The lady housekeeper Ana's performance in her job was exceptional, plus has excellent people skills. Her son Christopher as good as his mom. The gentleman whose name I did not catch, was absolutely fantastic."
"The bed in room 5 is a bit too high. I had been previously assigned to Room 1 which has a lower bed, perfect. The blond lady needs to practice more diplomacy with the customers, especially if they have been there twice before, and worse yet, in front of husband and others.I was penalized more than $23 for making an emergency change in date of 1 day within a period of 3 days before the date of the reservation."

"The location is very good! Close to shopping center, close to some beaches and also close to the highway to visit San Juan and Dorado. I stayed for two nights and would stay again. An employee was always there 24/7 and the area is pretty safe."
