"The hotel is perfectly located for the town centre but having been now on several occasions, it is the warm welcome from the staff that is the jewel in the crown. Without exception, from checking in to checking out, the staff are friendly, helpful and always courteous and the food in the restaurant (both breakfast and evening meals) are most enjoyable."

"This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I can't recommend it enough. This time travelling with elderly mum and we received such a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I simply can't praise them enough; nothing was too much trouble. From reception to house-keeping and in the restaurant, they were first-class and most definitely the jewel in Hotel Capitol's Crown. Given that we don't speak any Polish, apart from good morning and thank you, the staff were absolutely brilliant and most helpful with anything we asked for. The breakfast and evening meal were exceptional and in all honesty, this hotel would always be my first choice when visiting Biala Podlaska."

"The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to the castle. It was about ˜12 min walking distance to the Belarussian embassy and ˜30 min walking distance from the train station. The room was very clean and what is more important - not smelling of cigarettes. Breakfast was simple but tasty"

"Very nice hotel with a great location if you are planning to go hiking. Great relaxing zone like a swimming pool, 4 sauna, and an outside jacuzzi, especially after a long day hiking. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very tasty breakfast with lots of choices."
