"È un bel albergo, molto grande e poco frequentato. La nostra stanza al 4 piano molto luminosa, si affaccia sui tetti delle case vicine e molto lontano una superstrada. Noi l' abbiamo scelto per la vicinanza alle miniere di sale. La colazione è enorme, tanti piatti preparati da loro, buoni. Il personale giovane. Grande camera, letti comodi."
"A mio modesto parere se ci fosse una navetta per il centro aumenterebbe la clientela. Dopo il check in siamo usciti per vedere Cracovia. È a 9 km. Per chi non si è preparato e anche con l' inglese non è bravo non è facile . Il parchimetro del parcheggio non dava spiegazioni in italiano, tanto è che abbiamo pagato fino alle 11 del giorno dopo, non tanto, poco più di 5 €. Penso che i clienti erano pochi in base alle auto parcheggiate, e li non si arriva lì a piedi."
