"Well equipped condo, clean with ocean view, across the road from good restaurants and walking distance to Northpoint. Located about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown dumaguete by trycycle. Lovely swimming pool, basketball and gym. Good security onsite 24/7."
"Nothing we didn't like. Some people may find the bathroom small when using as compact with washing machine in beside the toilet. The bedroom air-conditioning is louder than some."
