"Everything was perfect from the get-go. The team fulfilled my requests for check-in and check-out. I had the whole unit to myself. It was just like the one I call home right now, a bed and bath unit with a comfortable lounge and balcony. The kitchen appliances all worked well. The lines were of good quality. There's enough water pressure in the bath. The lounge chair (I think it's a sofa bed but I didn't bother extending it) was so comfortable I opted to sleep in it over the larger bed. I even like how the sunlight gets filtered well every morning through the balcony window that makes the lighting so relaxing. All in all, great design, great service, great location, great affordable price. Shoutout to Paula for being wonderfully attentive to my inquiries. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Mandurriao!"

"The only downside for me was that shower water does tend to wet the bathroom floor, but it can't be helped since the layout of the bath is constrained by the available space. It's not a big deal, the bath mat just needs to be replaced often, especially for longer stays."

"The place is spacious and functional with large TV, and a very comfortable sofa in front. The place looks like the photos and is beautiful furnished and decorated and perfectly maintained. It has all the amenities needed in the medium-sized kitchen with an exhaust fan over 2 plate electric cooking top and a microwave. Even a Nezpresso machine with a milkskimmer. Bigger than most of the condos here, as we also rented in 2 other in the same building. Also, the bed in a separate bedroom is a full 60-inch wide queen bed with a comfortable mattress. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and a cabinet with drawers. The place is quiet on the 6th floor, with a short walking distance to a large mall. Quiet AC in living and bedroom. Relatively well equipped gym with AC and with professional equipment. It only lacked a pull-down machine. 13 meter long pool that could have been 2 meters longer to serve as a lap pool for regular exercise swimmers."

"The bathroom with shower and extract fan is almost perfect with hot and cold water. But as we normally struggle with in most places we rent, there is not a full separation to the toilet area, thus difficult to avoid water entering into the toilet area when taking a shower. A short curtain could easily be mounted behind the separation glass to avoid this."

"Wow this place was perfect. Wonderful 1 bedroom apartment, very modern and clean. The attention to detail was awesome. The apartment literally had everything we could ask for. Great location too. And nice gym in the building."

"Luxury spacious one-bedroom condominium with 2 balconies with nice views, right in Megaworld Business District, excellecent location, with many facilities such as outdoor pool, playground, game room, spa, and garbage collection every day from the unit. Unit comes equipped with comfortable kingsize bed with optional pull-out, and living room sofa convertable into full size two-person bed, two silent inverter aircons, complete black-out curtains, two door fridge with freezer, coffee machine with good coffee, beautiful lighting, large TV with Netflix, and hot shower at any time of the day. The host is very hospitable, friendly and helpful, and communication with her is easy. We liked our stay so much that we extended our stay."
