"Nella camera c’era un cattivo odore, verosimilmente dovuto agli scarichi. La colazione presente ma un po’ scarna. Un giorno ho lavato dei nostri indumenti in camera e per mio errore li ho stesi in quello che credevo fosse un luogo comune per stendere il bucato ma evidentemente era solo per chi usufruiva della lavanderia e mi è stato detto che fosse “vietato” lavare la biancheria in camera, cosa che mi sembra un po’ assurda."

"- La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale sono state davvero la specialità di questa struttura, grazie mille ancora! - Per il resto, camera davvero ampia e pulita, acqua per lavarsi calda (fino a 50°C), WiFi perfettamente funzionante. - Possibile lasciare il bagaglio in reception in caso di arrivo o partenza ad orari diversi da quelli di check-in e check-out."

"La posizione è ottima, 5 minuti a piedi dalla Plaza de Armas e dal mercato di San Pedro. La pulizia della camera era buona e i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono."

"L’acqua corrente nei bagni viene chiusa abbastanza presto, verso le 18 per cui se si desidera fare una doccia bisogna avvisare i proprietari affinché la riaprano. La colazione inclusa era molto semplice (te caldo o succo con pane burro e marmellata)."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Enede Hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and always willing to help — truly some of the sweetest people I’ve met. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable, and there was always hot water, which I really appreciated. Even though the bathrooms were shared, they were kept very clean and well-maintained. The location was great too, making it easy to get around. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming and made us feel at home right away."

"Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. We had to share the bathroom, but it was always clean and well taken care of, so it wasn’t an issue at all."

"Decent location, a 10min walk to the central square/plaza. WiFi was good, and good size room Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ok value for money in Cusco"

"The shower wasn't the best, and there was occasionally an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom - potentially something wrong with the pipes. A little hard to find as it's through a big gate on the street, then down the back of an alley but easy enough, and there's people you can ask, and it didn't feel unsafe at all"

"Ideal location, the place is quiet (with the occasional barking of the neighbour's dogs), it's next to a laundry service and really close from the historic center and market. There is a little tienda not too far selling amazing papa rellienas. The hotel also offer tours so you can go through them for some of the classics ones. And the staff is really helpful as well, we came back Hot water in the showers"

"It is VERY run down and needs updating. People were very loud at night and early in the morning. Breakfast was very basic which is expected in Cusco. Hot water didn't work! Also be aware that the door from street is into courtyard and you have to walk to the back to hostel."
