"Posto incantevole che si trova nella parte interna del Colcha Canyon. Lo consiglio sia per dormire che per una sosta a pranzo. Noi abbiamo fatto il giro al contrario, scendendo da Cobanaconde verso Sangalle e poi proseguendo verso San Juan de Chucco dove si trova questa strutttura. Mi è piaciuto molto e ci ha permesso di staccarci dai soliti circuiti turistici. Ottima anche la colazione."

"Nice staff and newly renovated place. So the rooms were nice. Our room had the largest bed I have ever slept in! We had to get up at 3:30 in the morning to hit the last part of the colca canyon trek early, and the staff was very nice and offered us some snacks to bring with us instead of the included breakfast."

"It was 100 out of 10 experience. My only regret that we had enough time to stay only one night, otherwise we would have definitely stayed longer. I couldn't imagine how much effort and love was put to built such a wonderful place in such rough area. Amazing views, delicious food, super comfortable bed."

"Great place to stay if you are doing a multi-day hike in the Colca cañon. Spacious, new room with a huge and comfortable bed. The owners are friendly and the food is good (especially the home-made guacamole is yummy). Recommended."

"The family who run Colibri lodge are so helpful. Our room was ready very early. We had lunch which was 3 course with really fresh ingredients. The bed was huge and very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony all afternoon. The hosts very kindly provided us with breakfast at 5:30 so we could leave early. Definitely good value for money."

"The hosts are very kind and quick to answer via message or help in person. One day I forgot my keys and was locked in between my room and the front door. Even though I had no phone I managed to contact them and they came immediately to rescue me. The location is outstanding. The beach is immediately in front of the door and you hear the beautiful sound of the ocean all day. Groceries can be done by foot or Motortaxi as well as ATMs. The only accomodation that is not overpriced in Zorritos!"

"La Cabaña de Huerta Mar es un ambiente acogedor que brinda calidez y calma. Los anfitriones son personas muy amables y atentas a cualquier necesidad. Cuentan con una huerta adorable y unos acompañantes de cuatro patas cariñosos. Los techos elevados de la casa hacen que se mantenga el ambiente lo suficientemente fresco a comparación de la sensación térmica que se percibe al exterior. Considero que es un ambiente excepcional para quienes buscan un refugio hogareño y calmado. Linda experiencia :)"

"The pool was pristine, very well looked after and warm! Staff were friendly, we were the only guests for most of our stay because of it being rainy season and just outside of carnival time when it was fully booked. There are a number of animals (dog, cats etc.) which are also very keen to get to know you! It's right on the beach and while you can't enter the sea as it's very choppy, it's nice to walk along. You can also sit on covered seats on the beach and watch the sun go down. Food didn't make us ill which is always a bonus. Bed was massive and shower was really powerful."
