"Tutto perfetto, ma con alcuni servizi da migliorare. Al nostro arrivo la vasca era completamente vuota: abbiamo dovuto riempirla noi e attendere prima di poterla utilizzare. Dopo vari tentativi per capire quando iniziasse a scaldarsi, abbiamo dovuto aspettare la mattina seguente per usufruirne. Peccato, perché avremmo voluto godercela già la sera sotto le stelle. Inoltre, avevamo richiesto tramite chat la possibilità di fare un giro con i cammelli, ma al nostro arrivo non erano disponibili. Abbiamo quindi optato per il giro in quad, che è stato molto bello. Tuttavia, c’è stata un’incomprensione: ci è stato detto che i quad erano solo singoli e non per due persone, ma il giorno seguente abbiamo scoperto che non era così. È sembrato quasi un modo per distribuire tutti i quad disponibili il giorno successivo."

"Soggiornare in pieno deserto in questa struttura è stata una fantastica esperienza. Lo staff è a dir poco splendido, cordiale, preciso sempre presente e attento. Lo chalet è molto confortevole, ottima pulizia, bagno minimale ma dotato di tutto il necessario. Lo chalet fa parte del Moonlight camp nel quale si trova la struttura dove viene servita la colazione e la cena se richiesta. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo piatti tipici; la colazione è prevalentemente salata ma c'era anche la crema di nocciole omanita! Lo consiglio vivamente...abbiamo anche potuto pagare con carta e nn solo in contanti...incredibile!"

"Bellissimo, immerso nelle dune nel deserto. Camera bellissima con doccia e bagno e vasca idromassaggio che si illumina di notte, abbiamo fatto il bagno sotto le stelle. C'è anche un giardinetto relax dove abbiamo fatto colazione e ci siamo rilassate. Posto bellissimo. Ci ha accolto Salem che è stato meraviglioso e disponibile. Il proprietario sempre disponibile in qualsiasi richiesta, gentilissimo. Abbiamo fatto sandboarding e bashing dunes, ci siamo divertite tantissimo! Se non avete il 4x4 vi vengono a prendere in città. Il cibo era ottimo e anche lo spettacolo di fuoco al falò molto bello. Torneremo sicuramente!"

"The staff were excellent and very accommodating. They try their best to resolve every situation to suit our convenience. Our chalet was the furthest out from the reception, which was still walkable, but very taxing on the sand. So they suggested sending the car to fetch us and drop us after each meal, which was so convenient. They took us for sandbashing, skating, then watching the sunset. They provided hot Omani tea whilst doing this which was just the right thing for the desert. The staff, from Muhammad Kaleem in reception, Ali the driver, Said the desert driver, everyone is so professional, ready to go out of their way to help. The place was awesome with all the facilities of a hotel. There's attached open air bathroom and modern toilet. The bed was very clean and comfortable. There is a seating area with TV, fridge and kettle. The jacuzzi was just the cherry on the cake in the desert! It is was awesome experience."

"The AC was OK but we could have done with a few degrees cooler. There were some flies in the room, but it was our fault for leaving the door open. Fortunately we ate some fruits, and I put the peels just ourside the door which attracted the flies out to the peels. So we got rid of them. There was no mirrors at all."

"Excellent communication! They provided the necessaryinformation so I could reach the camp by car (4x4). The breakfast and dinner were also very good. You feel taken care of :-) The jacuzzi on the balcony is PERFECT!"
