"Spacious, with nice view of mountains at the balcony. There are many rooms in this house. Very comfortable for a family of 5. Check-in was easy and didn’t require the host to be at the house."
"Kitchen floor is a little sticky and oily. Probably not moped before we arrived."
"Good location on a quiet street. Big house, very spacious with 5 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. A carport and another 2 parking spaces beside the house are a bonus for a larger group of people. There's even a BBQ with a bench sitting outside the patio."
"The rubbish bins were full and not being emptied before our arrival which was disappointing. There were no mittens provided for handling hot trays of food coming out from the oven which I thought was a letdown. There's a TV in the master bedroom but no remote."

"the house was huge and very comfortable furniture. huge kitchen fully equipped also outdoor furniture and fireplace as well as 2 air-conditioning units and a heater in the bedroom. undercover carport which when it snowed meant that i didn't have to scrape snow and ice off of my car."
"the fireplace was lacking kindling and firelighters so was unable to use the fire. also the telescope which i was excited that it was in the house ended up having a partially broken lens and seemed to be missing pieces for the viewing end"

"If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Coromandel peninsula, this is it. The Lodge is quite large with everything you could need: kitchenette, couch and TV, comfy bed, large bathroom (tub + huge shower), terrace and the a spectacular view of Whitianga! As you would expect, it was very quiet, and the layout is such that, that you can enjoy total privacy. Carol and Warren were very welcoming and we had a nice chat every morning with Warren as he brought us a lovely breakfast. The road up the lodge is fairly steep but it wasn't an issue at all, so if you have a decent car I wouldn't worry about it. While in our particular case, we didn't have the best weather throughout the stay, we appreciated that the lodge is furnished so as to feel like home, which made for a cozy day in. I could tell that there was a lot of thought put into the furnishing and decorating of the lodge!"
