"The hotel, its surroundings, the breakfast and hosts were amazing, including their dog (even though I don’t even like dogs). Bubble wine on sunday morning was the pefect end of our stay!"
"It is not very suitable for kids. We brought our one year old. It’s difficult e.g. to take her out for dinner and that wasn’t available in the hotel or (some kind of) takeaway nearby."

"De Rozenhof is een prachtig stijlvol monumentaal pand en is idyllisch gelegen tussen Zutphen en Lochem. Een prachtige omgeving met veel kastelen, buitenhuizen en prachtige natuur. Maar ook een bezoek aan voorgenoemde plaatsen is een aanrader. Onze kamer op de 1e verdieping was erg ruim met een geweldig bed, zitje met twee fauteuils en KPN tv waardoor wij afleveringen terug konden kijken. kamer had prachtig uitzicht en eigen badkamer met douche en bad. Waar kom je dat nog tegen. De gastheer vind duidelijk dat het ontbijt een feestje moet zijn. En dat is nog zacht uitgedrukt. Vooral de door de warme bakker vers gebakken broodjes vielen bijzonder in de smaak. De eerste avond kregen we welkomdrankje en op zondag kregen we een heus champagne ontbijt. Geweldig."
"Doordat de villa opgetilt is en dus vier boven het maaiveld staat, moet je een aantal treden op om binnen te komen. Een leuning langs de trapjes zou dan ook geen overbodige luxe zijn. Verder is er eigenlijk niets negatiefs te melden."

"Die Lage des Anwesens ist wunderschön, das Haus selber beeindruckend und sehr gepflegt. Die Eigentümer sind äußerst freundlich und bemüht um das Wohlergehen der Gäste. Man erreicht relativ schnell kleine Orte oder größere wie Zutphen und Deventer."

"A large, beautiful two-storey village house designed in a certain style. It's nice when the owners prepare breakfast and bring it to you at a convenient time in the morning. For a longer stay, it is difficult to do without a kitchen, but for a few days it is not a problem. There is a free parking space near the house. The surrounding area is beautiful with flowers and pets. It's all very atmospheric."
