ParelDuyn offers luxury studios with a private terrace and apartments with a balcony. Based on a traditional Zeeland barn, ParelDuyn's studios and apartments feature minimalist décor with natural materials and large windows facing the garden. Each studio and apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven-microwave, hob and dishwasher. All studios and apartments have free Wi-Fi. The infra-red cabin and massage chair are located in a separate room. ParelDuyn is just 500 meters from the center of Oostkapelle and 1100 meters from the forest, dunes and beach. From ParelDuyn various walking and cycling tours are possible through nature reserve de Mantelinge. It is 10 km to Middelburg and 3.5 km to Domburg.

"Das Appartement (zwei Etagen) war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles, was man brauchte, das Bad war groß, der Rest gemütlich. Die Mini-Sauna war super nach einem Novembertag am Strand!"

"Das Badezimmer war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Offene Dusche (ohne Tür) da die Wohnung eigentlich f. Personen mit Handicap gedacht ist. Zu wenig Abstellfläche im Bad. Nur 3 deutsche Fernsehsender u. Fernseher könnte größer sein :-). Sicher wäre auch ein Ventilator f. heiße Tage angebracht, da man im Erdgeschoss nachts nicht unbedingt das Fenster auflassen möchte."

"We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Prima locatie op weg naar het strand. Brandschoon en alles voorhanden. Lekker koel ook ondanks buitentemperaturen van >28 graden. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw!"

"Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die schöne Holzterrasse war sehr groß und mit Liegen, Tisch und Stühlen versehen. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel ! Die Lage ist perfekt , man ist schnell im Dorf und am Strand. Es ist wunderbar ruhig, auch wenn Hochsaison ist. Alles ist sehr gepflegt !"

For a longer stay, it is difficult to do without a kitchen, but for a few days it is not a problem. There is a free parking space near the house. The surrounding area is beautiful with flowers and pets. It's all very atmospheric."
