"La struttura è molto accogliente e particolare. Il fatto che sia molto spaziosa aiuta nella disposizione dei propri oggetti. L’host è davvero una persona simpatica e disponibile e molto gentile. Per andare in centro ha messo a disposizione due bici ad un prezzo molto conveniente, che sono servite a migliorare la visita della città."

"Per un soggiorno breve la struttura va bene. Il problema è che la struttura non è sufficientemente pulita, e con questo preciso la cucina, il divano, i tavoli e anche il frigo."

"If you're looking for a place to stay in or near Utrecht, look no further! This lovely little cottage right by the water has everything you need, including free WiFi and even Netflix. There's a tram stop right outside too, so you can get into the city centre in no time. Also, the owner - Anthony - is the kindest man you'll ever meet! He greeted me with a drink of my choosing and a cookie upon arrival, and offered to make me coffee for the road when I left. I couldn't recommend this stay more and hope I get to return one day :)"

"The landlord was the nicest, kindest person you can imagine. He was extremely helpful and friendly and provided an excellent breakfast. The accommodation is next to a canoe rental and very close to the city, and has everything in the kitchen and living room you could ask for."

"Lovely welcome from "Tony" who was full of helpful information. Peaceful location but easy walk into the centre of town (approx 45mins). Much quicker if you use the provide bikes. Great breakfast, brought to your "cottage""

"Perfect location, Anthony was very welcoming and helpful, perfect for walking the dogs, the house had everything we needed (breakfast was possible but we had a brunch date in the city, next time we'd love try it though since the reviews were superb...)."

"Great place to stay near Utrecht. Hosts were super nice upon arrival even if we were a little earlier and the place is really nice. It was clean, with a private bathroom and a small kitchen. Not in the center of the city but it is easy to get there with bikes (we had our own but the house has some guests can use)."
