"Appena arrivati la stanza era sporca (spostando i letti c’era un sacco di polvere sotto i letti e anche nel tavolo) e in più, dopo le pulizie giornaliere la stanza comunque rimaneva piena di polvere. Un’altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata la colazione: avevano detto che era fino alle 11, invece, un giorno erano finite le brioches alle 10 e, nonostante gli avessi chiesto altre brioches, il ragazzo dello staff ha detto che ormai non ne faceva altre. L’ultimo giorno invece dovevamo fare il check-out alle 11 e quindi abbiamo lasciato la stanza alle 10.30 e siamo andati a fare colazione ma avevano già tolto tutto e non ci hanno fatto fare colazione!"

"L’hotel ANNO si trova in una posizione ottima, proprio nel pieno centro, comodissimo per visitare la città. Le camere sono molto particolari e ci sono piaciute davvero tanto. Un’ottima scelta per chi cerca qualcosa di semplice ma funzionale in una location centrale!"

"L'hotel Anno ha sicuramente una posizione ottima, ma purtroppo l'esperienza non è stata delle migliori. Non è presente un parcheggio, quindi abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'auto a distanza. Il check-in è stato velocissimo, ma non in senso positivo: non c'è una vera reception e ci ha accolti una cameriera del locale sottostante che ci ha spiegato tutto in fretta per poi andarsene subito, senza possibilità di fare domande. La colazione del mattino è stata piuttosto scarsa: praticamente niente dolci, solo un cornettino disponibile, e nessuno al bar per preparare caffè o cappuccini. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere a un addetto che stava sistemando le sale e, sebbene ci abbia aiutato, era chiaramente infastidito, cosa che è peggiorata quando anche altri ospiti hanno chiesto lo stesso servizio. La nota più spiacevole è stata vedere una ragazza straniera, che parlava un inglese incerto, essere presa in giro dal personale dopo essersi allontanata: qualcuno ha ripetuto la frase sbagliata che aveva detto, ridacchiando. In sintesi, il personale andrebbe formato meglio, sia per l'accoglienza che per la cortesia. Un vero peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe del potenziale."

"The location was great, very close to everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the essentials. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and they reacted quickly when we had a small issue. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we’d come back again."

"No major issues, but just a small suggestion for the ones that will book a room: when checking in, make sure everything in your room and balcony is in order. On our first night, the balcony door handle was missing and we got locked outside 🤣 luckily, the staff was still there and came to help us immediately. Everything went smoothly after that!"

"The room exceeded expectations - it turned out to be much larger than I thought, with a separate "kitchenete", it was really spacious. There is a 100eur deposit and it was returned promptly when checking out. It's located 5 min walk from Almere Centrum train station, with lots of takeaways, bars etc."

"The hotel is conveniently located just 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Central Station by NS train. To get there, you can purchase a ticket from the machine—simply select "Almere Centrum" as your destination. Alternatively, you can take a bus, but the journey will take approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, making it a much longer trip. The room was very nice, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was also very good and enjoyable."

"Don't understand why some people are so rude and negative. The hotel is really fine and you have a nice stay there. Can walk, go by train or bike where ever you want. Rooms cute and quiet during the week. Staff is so friendly and breakfast is good for the price"

"It was a 7min walk to the train station, and a direct train to Amsterdam Centraal (about 30min train ride). The staff were helpful and accommodating and the room was specious, welcoming and clean. The included breakfast was a continental breakfast and everything you could need. We really enjoyed the breakfast bar area. Had no complaints"
