"Location is great. Breakfast included was great, with 2 or 3 options. Sadly it didn't include a cup of their good Nica coffee from the attached cafe but still a great place with comfy, clean beds, easy access, easy check-in and out, great location just a block from the beach near the middle of town, easy access to daytrips, tours, surf beach shuttles, and more. Nice common areas with lots of comfy spots to hang out in a hammock or a comfy chair, a nice open area up on the roof to check out the night stars and the great local views. Highly recommend this place, whether in a hostel bunk room or private room, all looked great."

"Their attached cafe has great Nica-grown coffee so including a cup of it with breakfast would have been a nice touch. Other than that, pretty much everything was great! Would go back again for sure without a second thought or any concerns."

"Home is very beautiful , located in a very secure area , location is perfect everything is nearby and also manages to be very quiet , amazing , home has all amenities necesary I defitenely will visit again...."

"Enough private and shared space. A good equipped kitchen to cook own food and not too far from the Center (walking distance)."

"Très bien située dans le centre de Granada, cette maison est propre, confortable et très bien agencée, la literie est top, la connexion wifi excellente et petit plus, il y a juste à coté une boulangerie pour le petit déjeuner si vous n’avez rien prévu ! Excellent rapport qualité prix 👍"

"Het is een heel prettig huis, dicht bij het centrum, goede communicatie met de zoon vd eigenaresse. Rustig straatje, met wasmachine, twee slaapkamers, twee kleine badkamers, mooie patio, goed uitgeruste keuken."

"De badkamers zijn klein en ruiken iets, maar voor ons wat het prima!"

"La casa está preciosa, a 3 cuadras del parque central, la casa tiene de todo, es super cómodo. La atención es increíble, nos quedamos 4 noches. Un día nos llegaron hacer limpieza, espectacular. Esta cerca del centro pero no se escucha la bulla de los bares, se puede dormir tranquilo, ambos cuartos tienen aire acondicionado. El barrio muy tranquilo, queda un restaurante a una cuadra y un super cerca, el banco (cajeros) también esta cerca a 2 cuadras. Tiene 2 baños. La ubicación y la casa están perfectas."

"Desde el momento en que llegué, me sorprendió la atención al detalle y la calidad de las amenidades. La casa está perfectamente equipada con todo lo que podrías necesitar para sentirte como en casa, y más. Cada rincón de la casa está pensado para la comodidad de los huéspedes. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para preparar cualquier platillo, desde utensilios de cocina hasta electrodomésticos La casa está situada en una zona tranquila, pero muy cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones locales. Se puede caminar fácilmente a varios lugares de interés, lo que la convierte en una opción ideal para explorar la ciudad."

"This property is within walking distance to San Juan de Oriente and Catarina where there is much to see and do if you are a creative traveller or on a walking holiday that passes nearby. This family of artists are simply wonderful; they went out of their way to make my stay as a solo traveller more enjoyable, introducing me to the fruits i brought in the local town and even showing me some ancient stone carvings in their local woodland. The accommodation offers excellent value for money and i enjoyed a wonderful ceramics lesson with a master ceramicist. Here you can enjoy an authentic Nicaraguan experience in terms of the surrounding environment whilst feeling safe, and knowing your hosts are trying to improve their local environment. Fall asleep listening to sounds of the forest and wake up to watch monkeys in the trees."

"Un lugar tranquilo, con una familia siempre dispuesta a ayudar, muy servicial y amable. Personalmente, lo pasé genial y volvería con gusto. Un posto tranquillo, con una famiglia che è pronta a darti una mano, sempre, molto disponibili e gentili. Personalmente mi sono trovato molto bene e ritornerei volentieri. A quiet place, with a family always ready to lend a hand, very helpful and kind. Personally, I had a great time and would gladly return."

"C'est un très joli appartement, on s'y sent vraiment bien. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Et se trouve proche du Pali (supermarché). Ça a du charme et c'est intéressant , vu son emplacement au-dessus un atelier d'art. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et font se leur mieux pour offrir un séjour agréable. J'espère revenir et participer à leurs ateliers ou visiter les expositions. Sûrement à très vite 😊"

"A very cozy and welcoming beachfront guesthouse where you immediately feel at home. The rooms are comfortable, the courtyard with hammocks is beautiful, and having a shared kitchen — including the option to cook outside — makes the stay very relaxed. What truly sets this place apart is the owner’s strong commitment to animal welfare. She supports vaccination and sterilization campaigns for street dogs, helps local animals access veterinary care, and is also actively involved in protecting sea turtles in the area. The guesthouse is clearly animal-friendly, with dogs and cats around. A wonderful place for anyone who values coziness, kindness, and respect for animals. Thank you for a lovely stay."
