"Staff super gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste."

"Orario di checkin non corretto su booking (segna le 18) e non rispondeva nessuno al telefono o ai messaggi di booking. Sono stato costretto a cambiare il mio programma per arrivare prima delle 18 quando il checkin effettivamente era anche dopo"

"I was in a small room with two bunk beds. There was only two of us but if there had been 4 people it would have been very crowded. The kitchen was good, with free tea and coffee . Bathroom was OK, with plenty of hot water."

"So relaxing. Lovely comfortable elevated lounge area to see the sunset or watch TV. Staff so friendly and efficient. Can you believe I left my airpods there and the manager bought them to Windhoek . Ok she was coming anyway but still amazingly kind and efficient. Thank you."

"Staff is very friendly, helpful and creating a nice vibe that makes you feel welcome. The room as well as the common areas are designed with great taste. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are clean."

"The hotel is really good, the beds are very comfortable and also they have a very good breakfast. But this is nothing compared with the staff. Charlie and Ben are sooo kind and helpful. They helped me a lot with my trip, giving me advice for any single thing I asked them for.. i will repeat when I come back to swakop Also, it's a nice place to meet people to join for a tour if you are a solo traveller. Very very recommended. 10/10"

"Game drive con la guida king Martin, molto bravo. Non abbiamo visto i leoni, che hanno nella riserva ma che ovviamente non si fanno vedere tutti i giorni. In ogni caso è stato un giro interessante. Struttura in una riserva statale di fronte ad etosha, ottimo stop prima di proseguire per il nord,dal nostro punto di vista."

"La posizione è ottima. Appena fuori dal parco Etosha adagiata su una collina con una vista mozzafiato. La riserva privata ti permette di non entrare nel parco e vedere tantissimi animali. E l’effetto non è minimamente quello di uno zoo come si potrebbe pensare di una riserva privata. Il lodge è molto bello, semplice ed elegante . I servizi sono eccellenti e il game drive ci ha regalato delle emozioni indimenticabili grazie anche alla nostra guida fantastica! Game drive con 4 persone quindi davvero bello. La camera meravigliosa, grandissima, pulita, spaziosa, con una terrazza privata con doccia esterna affacciata sulla pozza sempre piena di animali."

"Ghaub is an exceptional property, situated in its own nature conservatory and on the site of an old mission. There is a lot of history in the property, accompanied by an old graveyard and rock etchings dating back to some of the earlier San inhabitants. Take the opportunity and go for long, relatively easy walks and you will be rewarded with a multitude of wildlife sightings of virtually every kind. Accommodation is in three blocks of farmhouse-style rooms, surrounded by large airy verandas, lovely to enjoy with a long, cold drink. There are also three seemingly well appointed campsites for those wanting to brave a slightly wilder accommodation option. Certainly a property we will return to time and time again."
