"È stato per noi un vero e proprio paradiso terrestre! Eravamo in un lodge con il tetto in paglia completamente immersi nella natura con scoiattoli, springbok e antilopi alcine a pochi metri di distanza. Se non avete mai visto il bucero di Monteiro è il posto che fa per voi! Cena meravigliosa accanto al faló e spiegata anche in lingua locale. La carne d’antilope alcina cucinata al momento è stata la migliore mai assaggiata in tutta la Namibia! Non potevamo scegliere posto migliore!"

"La struttura sorge all’interno di una riserva. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolti come se ci conoscessimo da sempre sono stati fantastici! Abbiamo trascorso il pomeriggio in piscina vedendo gli animali intorno a noi e la sera la cena viene servita insieme a tutti gli ospiti del lodge: un’idea che ho apprezzato tanto! Abbiamo avuto il modo di conoscere altra gente e gustare prodotti tipici della struttura come frutta e verdura fresca e carne cucinata al fuoco per noi!"

"Two geriatrics on a Namibian road trip. Karla and family were fantastic hosts. Karla went out of her way to ensure that we had two rooms, instead of the double we had booked, to relieve the amount of walking we'd need to do to access the other accommodation. The meals were fantastic, with a wonderful outlook on a water hole, frequented by eland, springbok and a regular confusion of guinea fowl. The accommodation was comfortable, with everything we needed. We enjoyed the dogs, too. Special thanks to Paulline for her assistance and patience. A place of calm and serenity."

"The game and birds moving between the chalets. Host most helpful. Food very tasty and self bushwalk option was lovely . Our chalet was spacious and had Selfcateting option although we opted for the delicious lodge dinner."

"- The owner was very friendly and nice - The dinner is incredible. The atmosphere, the food, everything is perfect. - Own water hole with impalas, springboks and elenantilope - Hiking trails on lodge territory - Very cute and friendly dogs"

"- If you book a double room, you get a twin but the beds are pushed together. I don't like it. - The rooms are in small cottages and every cottage contains 2 rooms. You can hear basically everything from the other room. We only spent 1 night having a neighbour but it had some kind of dormitory vibes. I could even hear when the lady was whispering in the other room! - It's not really negative, because you are in the desert however please be aware that there is no unlimited hot water for the evening shower! You have to be quick."
