"the physical location of the hotel is excellent at the intersection of a major artery for the city. easy access to mid-town, downtown and places like Tlaqueplaque and Tonala. smaller hotel. The remodelled rooms are excellent. the bed was extremely comfortable. furnishings are a good standard. Coffee maker and water daily. USA and MX TV stations good gym bathroom and amenities were good quality and great shower pressure the price was unbeatable on-site parking with an attendant was free all the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful"

"still remodelling going on (which we were aware of) elevator (only 1 working) was slow the temporary dining room was awful, no atmosphere, loud, bright....... not worth the effort. all the remodeled spaces are very nice so I'm sure when its finished it will be excellent"
