"One had one problem we arrived just after 3 pm but we had to wait over 30 minutes for a room to be allocated, but no apology given or information updated. That was not good service in my opinion"

"We booked the suite, it was great! just what we needed. It's comfortable, clean, and super convenient location-wise. It was my first time staying there, but I will definitely book there again. Especially if I am planning to stay for more than 4 days."

"The gym is quite limited, however there are weights a treadmill and a multifunction cable machine which would do the trick. as for the gym schedule. The breakfast is decent however quite limited, but it was better than nothing especially on Dec 25 when everything was closed."
