"Location. In middle of Golden Zone on the beach. Excellent. Staff amazing: big shout out to Marcos, Artherudo, the two separate shift barmen genuinely hilarious and of course, The Big Book of Fishing!(?) All staff were great at making you feel welcome even though Spanish was not my first language. I didn't forget to tip these guys as they worked hard and definitely deserved it. Room spacious, clean, comfortable well serviced, Aircon, TV and kitchenette worked well. Balcony was large and mostly private. WiFi in the studio room was strong signal and consistent. Lifts work well, quiet and efficient. Great communication prior to arrival. Restaurant was good quality in choice and cuisine."

"If up to date fashionable decor is a must, swing past this place. It is in need of a brush up, modernisation and sprucing up. It didn't bother me so much, but to some expectations might be higher. Be prepared for some external noise, sometimes loud at all times of day and night....not necessarily the fault of RV hotel, but it is a fair to warn. Used toilet paper in basket, not pan....but it would be good to have a reminder notice for those coming from places this procedure isn't normal. WiFi sometimes dropped out on balcony. Also, not many charging points/electric sockets by the bed. I had restricted sea view."

"The resort is well run, with the layout it is a really pleasant place to kick back and relax. The pool area with its view and ocean access is unbeatable made even better by the excellent staff. All day 2 for 1 happy hour is an added bonus."

"The loud out of tune band that wanders the beach setting up in front of the pool area and annoying everyone. Did not hear one positive comment! Hope management can find away to stop this."

"When it was busy the elevators were a bit slow, there were stairs to take. Not a serious issue"

"The room was spotless w a great view but the best part was the HOT shower & great wifi. Staff at front desk (Monica) & cleaners were kind & helpful. I ironed a dress & was over the moon to go out & be 'unwrinkled." Kitchen has all you need."

"The cleaners remove partial soap bars EVERY Day - it's a waste of good soap. Leave it! (I wish the beach side 2-bedroom suites were more affordable for longer stays - soooo beautiful w big balcony)."

"buffet 3x a week was too much, we were encouraged not to order off menu as it would take too long, being the chefs were busy with the buffet. So we had one buffet, a little pricey and too much food, but very good."
